Okay, full disclosure…..I would Love to have a fireplace! But being that we usually have a good 3-5 days a year when it is actually cool enough to use one, I will survive. I am blessed to have a better half who has the force when it comes to creating art…aka things we find beautiful. ….Our children being a prime example. I always felt like the stocking game was missing something in years past. I could never quite put my finger on it? Oh yeah now I remember. A MANTLE TO HANG THEM FROM.

You gotta embrace this time of year! Get off the butt and spread some goodwill cheer. Thank you Mrs.Carter for making this our favorite holiday. If not for you the kids would be stuck with new socks every year and fruit cake. Lots of fruit cake.
